Let me preface this letter by saying it is totally unsolicited.
It was our desire to go on record as being so very pleased and happy with the construction of our privacy fence. From the first meeting we had with Mr. Ivan Gassman to the final negotiations, on to the construction of the fence, everything was handled in a very professional manner.
Mr. Gassman’s word was as good, or equal, to a bond. He kept us appraised of when he would be on our property. He made arrangements for the necessary materials, and just as the timing he allowed for completion… he was right on target.
When he left our property, he made sure that everything was picked up, left neat and clean. Yes, we are definitely a FAN CLUB MEMBER of Mr. Ivan Gassman and his company.

Fence-USA replaced the existing 8′ wooden fence at our residence. The job involved demolition and removal of the existing structure and the construction of approximately 150′ of cedar board-on-board fencing with appropriate trim and gates.
Mr. Gassman began and completed the job well within the time frame agreed upon, and at a very competitive cost (we had received several other bids for this job). He went out of his way to insure that the fence was straight and level, and the fence board spaced correctly.
Upon completion, the site was left clean and neat.
We are very happy with the results of Mr. Gassman’s work, and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone in need of a good, solidly built fence. We definitely would use him again.
In short, he told us what he was going to do, he did what he said he was going to do, and the results were better than he said they would be.

Recently I have had the pleasure of doing business with Fence-USA owned by Ivan Gassman. When Mr. Gassman was very professional and knowledgeable about his product and the quality materials he would use in building our fence.He left us a written estimate of the cost of labor and materials to do the job. Our specifications for the construction of our fence were quite different from the average “fence bid” in that we wanted a custom built fence with specific considerations and special provisions for existing landscape.
Not only was Mr. Gassman confident the he could meet our expectations, he also provided input and ideas on how to do the job, and specific ideas on how to handle the landscape issues. His input and ideas on handling the landscape in regard to the fence construction were by far the best solutions for these issues and were a key factor in awarding Fence-USA the bid.
After signing the contract, he proceeded with the job in a very timely and professional manner. He used quality materials and quality construction techniques, which resulted in an outstanding finished product. We now have a fence that will be with us for a long, long time and one that by its very appearance enhances the beauty of our home.
